Environmental rules required certain older equipment to be identified and replaced, but the key details existed only in field photos and videos, many of them worn or hard to read. Crews kept getting sent back to check the same equipment.
Our approach
- Pulled the identifying details from photos and videos, including badly worn equipment
- Matched what was found against the asset records
- Prioritized the biggest gaps and documented a repeatable process
Outcome
The backlog was cleared, compliance work moved forward, and repeat site visits dropped sharply.
